TERMS & CONDITIONS — BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

(Tattoo Services — John Patrick)

1. Booking & Deposit

All tattoo appointments are confirmed only after a deposit has been received.

The deposit:

  • Secures your appointment date and time

  • Is deducted from the final price of your tattoo

  • Is non-refundable

Without a deposit, no appointment is considered booked.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the following applies:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • When notice is given on time, the deposit may be transferred once to a new date, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Repeated rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.

3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation of the appointment, at my discretion, with the deposit forfeited.

4. Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Travel issues

  • Illness

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

Once tattooing has begun, no refunds will be issued for work performed.

5. Pricing & Scope of Work

  • Pricing is based on the information provided in the booking form.

  • Significant changes to the original concept, size, or placement may result in a price adjustment.

  • Final pricing is confirmed before the tattoo session begins.

6. Artistic Discretion

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that:

  • You are booking my artistic style and approach.

  • Design decisions regarding flow, placement, and longevity remain at my discretion.

  • Exact replication of reference images is not guaranteed.

7. Health & Eligibility

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions

  • You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment

I reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a booking and paying a deposit, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or deposits paid.

Any concerns or disputes must be communicated directly and respectfully so they can be addressed appropriately.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in refusal of future bookings.

9. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate an appointment at any time if:

  • These terms are not respected

  • The client behaves inappropriately

  • The working environment is compromised

In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the booking form and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
